This wonderful package is from the Flirty Apron Swap that I participated in called the Vintage Apron Remix. Janet from Vintage YaYa made me this awesome half apron from some vintage curtains! It is just my taste too. I love brights and red is my favorite color too. It has a flirty flounce at the base and a big pocket on the right. Perfect... I'm right handed! I took a picture of it pinned to my board because I look a little silly in it right now. I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and this apron just doesn't look as sexy on my odd shaped body as it would on a normal body.
Along with the apron, I got another piece of vintage fabric in pinks and reds (I don't know why I don't have a picture of it?) and some coordinating pink rick rack so I am going to whip up some pot holders to hang next to my new apron in my kitchen.
I tried my apron out while I made one of the TWO vintage recipes that were sent along with it. I made Oatmeal fingers and my apron worked perfectly and the dessert came out yummy yummy. I'm going to have to give some to the neighbors though because I'm gonna make myself sick eating them because I have no self control!
Janet's blog is http://www.vintageyaya.blogspot.com/
Her Etsy store is http://www.vintageyaya.etsy.com
And I found an eBay store by the same name but I'm not sure wether or not it is Janets, but it has some cute stuff, click here
