Last weekend's show was a success! On Saturday, I teamed up with a fellow
Hollywood Craft Mafia member, Tina from
Working Girl Crafts, and did my first ever craft show at the Sanctuary of Treasures. The experience was invaluable. It was great to be able to see and hear people's reactions as they saw and touched my work. I found out that my best seller was is the FSU dress apron (the one I'm wearing in the pic) and I had several requests for similar aprons in University of Miami and University of Florida fabrics. I'll be creating more of those before the next show in December.
The weather was hot and humid, but thankfully... no rain! I kept joking around that all of my products are machine washable, so rain wouldn't have mattered, and although this is true... I did NOT want rain.
Looking forward to the next show,
Woodstock in December, and have many more ideas filling my head so I need to get to work.
